There are 4 kinds of reports that can be pulled from the system. Below are the details

1. General Report:

General report allows us to select a date range and pull a report for the Sales Numbers for the defined range. You can select the status to make sure you only check the completed or the paid appointments report. It gives you Gross Sales, Net Sales, Total Collected, Tax, Wallet used and the payments according to the payment methods.

2. Sales Report:

Sales report shows the detailed view of the bookings in the selected range. You can open any invoice from here and check the details.

3. Members Report:

Members Report shows the data for the paid members, for the selected date it shows the total members, types of members, Declined CC list and Cancelled List of customers CC. You can click on any heading to get a detailed view of those members.

4. End of the Day Report:

This has been a recent addition to our reports section, It basically shows the total revenue amounts coming from the system and allows you to enter and save the amounts that you have at the end of the day so everything can be cross checked and audited properly.u00a0

You can select a day and add the values that you have collected in the system and save them so they can be compared to the system generated values.u00a0

It also calculates the total Revenue coming into the clinic for that day including the treatment and services invoices plus the membership amounts plus the membership renewals for that day.
