The Appointments tab shows a list of all of the appointments in any state or form that has been created in the system.

In the Appointments you can search for any Appointment and do these things
n tAssign the Appointment to a certain Staff member. n tCheck the Customer In when the Customer Comes in for the treatment. n tCheck the Customer Out when the treatment is completed. Upon Checkout if itu2019s not a prepaid booking it will confirm with you the service the time and date and the payment method used for payments before completing the sale. n tReschedule the appointment. n tDetails button shows the Booking Details that includes Time, Service, Payment, Notes etc. n tYou can Cancel/Refund the invoice. (If its Prepaid the money will go to customers wallet for any future use). n tThe History button shows the Booking History, Invoice History, Treatment History and Wallet History if needed. n tNotes Button Allows you to add notes to this specific appointment for the staff to read when the customer checks in or for anyone else. Notes can be added by the Customer himself or the staff. n
Adding an Appointment:
Below are the ways you can add an appointment to the system from the clinic.
1. From the Dashboard n
You can click on the Add Appointment button on the Dashboard and it will take you to the Add Appointment screen. In this case you would have to select the customer from the list or create a new one if itu2019s a new customer.n

2. From the CRMn
You can search for an existing customer and just click Book Now Button and it will take you to the Add Appointment screen.n
3. From the Calendarn
You can make an appointment from the Calendar Tab by clicking on Add Button on the top Right. In this case you would have to select the customer from the list or create a new one if itu2019s a new customer.

Add Appointment screen consists of these steps
1. Select the Customer n
On the top right you open the drop down and make sure the customer is selected. If you are not able to find the customer from the list you can press the Plus button to add a new customer by adding the name, email and number.
2. Select the Servicen
On the left side you see the list of all the services, you can search for the service in the search bar you are looking for and select it. nnIn a case where you want to add a customized service which is not in the list click the Extra Service button to add the Service name, Quantity, Time and price manually
3. Select Date and Timen
Once you select a Date you want to make the booking for it will automatically generate time slots for that day considering that service which are available depending upon the availability of the staff and the services assigned to them.n
4. Select Payment Methodn
Below payment methods will be available for you to select fromnn
n tSquare: To make payment from the CC directly in the system nnFuture Payment: To make a booking whose payment will be done at the time of Checkoutn nnCash n nE-Transfer n nnGift Card n nnnCredit Card (External Device): If the payment is done on an external CC device i-e, Square Devicen nnnn
5. Add Notes n
You can also add Internal Staff or Customer Notes in the appointment. nAfter completing these steps you just click on Confirm Appointment and it will be generated on your calendar + an invoice will automatically be generated in your POS which will be closed once this customer will be checked out. nn
