Our advanced level training in cosmetic injectables will give your career in aesthetics a significant boost. Intensive training for medical professionals, including physicians, dentists, and nurses in Hollywood’s famous cosmetic medical procedures, such as Botox and dermal fillers.
NAIMA created this certification as part of its mission to promote safer aesthetic practices and better patient safety. It is our goal to help medical professionals pursue a career in aesthetics with unparalleled one-on-one support from induction through completion.
To fulfill Canada’s Health Qualification Criteria for the Delivery of Medical Aesthetic Procedures, which are likely to form the foundation of future licensing requirements for aesthetic practice, this course is recommended.
What You Will Learn:
Part 1:
- How to consult patients
- How to safely inject (Botox) botulinum toxin and dermal fillers into patients.
- In-depth coverage of skin (facial) aging & anatomy.
- The psychological reasons of patients seeking cosmetic procedures
Part 2:
Upon completion of the theory, a question and answer session will be conducted in order to clear up any remaining questions. Students must get at least 75 percent on the quiz in order to go to the practical. If they do not, they must retake the quiz.Part 3:
Following your successful completion of the quiz, intensive hands-on training on real patients with botox and fillers will be provided. Both the products and the model are provided free of charge as part of the training.Areas that will be covered:
Botox:
- Forehead (Frontalis Muscle)
- Crow’s Feet (Orbicularis Oculi Muscle)
- Glabella (Procerus Muscle, Corrugator & Lateral Corrugator Muscle)
Fillers:
- Lip Augmentation
