You can open up the list of appointments for letu2019s say tomorrow and start calling them. After you make the call you can mark the customers as Yes if its confirmed, No if itu2019s not confirmed or you can mark in No Ans if the customer did not pick up.u00a0
As soon as you mark the Customer yes it will go Dark Blue on your calendar meaning that this customer appointment has been confirmed.u00a0
